Webforms refresh ?
Hi, I’ve been PB Client Server for many years but was inspired by Dave Fish to look at Webforms earlier this year. Amazed at how easy it was to transition.
Just one issue we cannot seem to crack:
When we deploy to a Windows Server 2003 machine we see a timeout:
1) Page seems to timeout after 60 seconds and refreshes to login page
2) Does not have to be in the application – even login page will do it (ie refreshes throwing away input on page after 60 seconds)
3) Does not occur on Windows XP local deployment
4) Have tried 'State Management' ‘Session Timeout’ in ASP.net settings with no success.
I think (2) rules out database connection. (3) may rule out Powerbuilder deployment settings although they are deployed differently (local on XP, MSI on Server) (3) and (4) could be some other ASP setting in IIS but I cannot see a difference between XP and Server 2003 Settings.
Have been looking through manuals and the Sybase Webform group without success. I suspect that this is fairly simple, can anyone point me at the resources or give me a hint on this ?

Think I have found the answer. Have setup the ISS Website to have its own Application Pool and this seems to have solved the problem.
